Among Lezzat alternatives, Olifant Digital is the stronger fit for established UK brands doing roughly £750K to £40M ($1M to $50M) a year on Amazon that want senior-led Amazon PPC management and account management with a profit goal for every product, plus one team for the UK, Europe and the US. Lezzat is a seller-founded UK agency based in Reading, so it suits sellers who want a wide menu of Amazon services, including in-house creative, account reinstatement and refund recovery, and help on other marketplaces.

Both agencies have a team in the UK. Our UK office is at 13 Hawley Crescent, Camden, London NW1 8NP. Olifant Digital is a full-service Amazon and e-commerce marketing agency for established brands that want profitable growth, managing $100M+ in annual Amazon client revenue across 50+ brands, with 98% client retention. Rated 5.0 on Clutch and named a top Amazon agency by DesignRush and Influencer Marketing Hub (20 verified Clutch reviews). If you are searching for a Lezzat alternative, you are probably deciding whether to switch agencies. The short answer

Lezzat is stronger on breadth of services. It lists PPC, DSP, in-house photography and 3D, account reinstatement, refund recovery, VAT help and Walmart, TikTok, Etsy and eBay work, per its website.
Olifant is stronger on senior attention. Every Olifant specialist has 7+ years of Amazon experience, and the team on your first call runs your account every day.
Olifant runs UK, EU and US growth with one team. We have offices in London, Los Angeles, New York, Berlin and Sofia, and run Walmart, Target, Google and Meta in-house.
Proof on Amazon UK. Rainbow Chalk grew UK Amazon revenue 21% in 30 days and earned the UK Best Seller badge in its category, after multiple agencies.
Pricing and guarantee. Olifant Digital's services start from $2,000 (about £1,500) per month and are custom for each project, based on the complexity and workload required. Every engagement comes with a 60-day guarantee: if we don't improve your performance, you don't pay.

Is Olifant Digital the right Lezzat alternative for a UK brand?

Yes, if your brand is established on Amazon UK and you want senior specialists working your account every day, with targets set on profit per product and a plan to grow into Europe and the US. No, if Lezzat is delivering and your main needs are account reinstatement, refund recovery, a large creative project or help on Etsy and eBay.

The biggest difference is focus. Lezzat's About page describes an e-commerce marketing agency "based in Reading, UK and Athens, Greece", started by Amazon sellers, and its homepage lists more than a dozen services. Olifant Digital is senior-led and Amazon-first: the specialists who set your strategy are the same people who change your bids, budgets and listings each day.

Most UK brands look for an alternative when results stall, when they can't say who changes their bids, or when they need markets and channels their agency doesn't cover. If none of these apply, staying with Lezzat may be the right call.

Where Lezzat is stronger

Lezzat has real advantages, and for some UK sellers they decide it:

Seller-founded. Lezzat says its team are Amazon sellers themselves and that it has run Amazon accounts since 2018. Its founder, Alexandros (Alex) Karagiannis, is involved in client work, per its case studies page.
A wide service menu. Its homepage lists Sponsored Ads, DSP, AMC audiences, listing SEO, Vendor Central, consulting, EU expansion and B2B, so many needs can sit with one agency.
In-house creative. Lezzat lists in-house photographers and videographers, 3D renders, AI video, A+ Premium and Amazon Store design.
Account fixes and money back from Amazon. Account reinstatement and refund recovery are separate services, and a client review on its site describes a £18,400 VAT refund it helped reclaim.
Other marketplaces. Lezzat lists Walmart, TikTok, Etsy and eBay work, plus linking a Shopify store with Amazon, per its e-commerce page.
Size it reports. Lezzat says it has worked with 500+ brands and reports 165% average revenue growth, per its About page. It also published a 2x increase in Kodak's Amazon UK revenue for 6 consecutive months.

Where Olifant Digital is stronger

Senior specialists only. Every specialist has 7+ years of Amazon experience. You meet the exact team before you sign, and that team runs your account.
Daily optimisation with a stated cadence. Olifant AI, our in-house platform, analyses every account daily, and your specialist acts on its findings the same day.
A profit plan for every product. Every product gets a target TACoS, a target ACoS, keywords to rank for and a profit goal, worked out after VAT and fees and reviewed on a weekly call.
UK, EU and US with one team. We run Amazon UK, the EU marketplaces and the US, plus Walmart and Target for UK brands moving into American retail. Our US offices are in Los Angeles and New York.
Google and Meta in-house. If you also sell on your own website, the same team runs Google and Meta Ads with the same profit targets.
Clear terms. Our services start from $2,000 (about £1,500) per month and are custom for each project, based on the complexity and workload required, contracts are month to month, and every engagement comes with a 60-day guarantee: if we don't improve your performance, you don't pay. We did not find published prices or a guarantee on Lezzat's website.

Where the two agencies are similar

Both agencies have a UK team, both manage Seller Central and Vendor Central, and both report on profit per product rather than ACoS alone. Both run Amazon DSP, listings, A+ Content and expansion into Europe. So the choice usually comes down to who works on your account each day, how often, and whether you want breadth of services or a senior team focused on profit and growth across the UK, Europe and the US.

Amazon PPC management in the UK: what a good agency does differently

Amazon UK looks like Amazon US with pounds, but the numbers and the language work differently. Three checks separate a UK-ready PPC agency from one that copies a US playbook:

Break-even ACoS on VAT-inclusive prices. Prices on Amazon UK include VAT, and the UK standard rate is 20%. If you are VAT registered, part of every ad-attributed sale is not yours.
UK keywords, not US ones. British shoppers search with different words and spellings, so keyword research has to start from UK search data.
Correct UK categories. Category trees differ by marketplace, and the right subcategory decides which Best Seller list you can win.

Here is the VAT check with numbers. Take a £30 product. Amazon UK referral fees run 8% to 15% in most categories; we use 15% (£4.50), plus an illustrative £5.00 FBA fee and £9.00 product cost. That leaves £11.50 before ads, so break-even ACoS looks like 38.3%. But if you are VAT registered, £5.00 of the £30 is VAT. Take that out and you keep £6.50, so break-even ACoS is really 21.7%. At a 25% ACoS, the first number says you make money; the real number says you lose money on every ad sale.

We run this math per product before setting any target. Our pause rule follows from it: when a search term spends one unit's profit before ads with zero orders (here £6.50), we pause it or cut its bid that day. Checked weekly, the same term could keep spending for up to 6 more days.

This is the kind of work we did for Rainbow Chalk. The brand had done well in the US, but US tactics did not work in the UK after multiple agencies. We replaced US keywords with UK search terms, moved products into the right subcategories and rebuilt PPC. UK Amazon revenue grew 21% in 30 days, and the brand earned the Best Seller badge in its UK category.

High-ticket UK products need the same care. Furnishings for Less is a UK furniture retailer with an average order of about £470 on Amazon.co.uk, so a wasted click costs far more than it does for a £20 product. We manage its Amazon PPC and account every day, with bids set per product from its margin after VAT and fees, and the account sells six figures a month in pounds on Amazon UK.

Amazon account management for UK brands: UK, Europe and the US

For most UK brands, growth after Amazon UK comes from Europe or the US. Since Brexit, UK and EU stock are planned separately, and Amazon says you are likely required to register for VAT in each European country where you store goods, per its Sell across Europe page.

Both agencies handle Europe; Lezzat lists EU expansion as a service. Our difference is the US: we run Amazon US, Walmart and Target with teams in Los Angeles and New York, so a UK brand can grow in America without hiring a second agency. Ekster added $688,406 in yearly Amazon profit with us across the US and EU, and Onsen Secret expanded from the US and Canada into Europe and Japan.

Signs it may be time to switch agencies

Switching has a cost, so only do it for a clear reason. These are the most common ones we hear from UK brands:

TACoS keeps rising while total sales stay flat. Ads are buying sales you would have made anyway.
You can't name who changes your bids. Ask who makes the changes, how much experience they have, how often and against which metric.
Reports show activity, not profit. You see impressions and ACoS but no profit per product after VAT and fees.
You want to grow beyond Amazon UK. You need the US, Walmart, Target or your own website run with the same plan.
Growth has stalled for 3+ months. The plan has not changed even though results have.

What switching from Lezzat looks like

Your campaigns, search term data and sales history live in your own Seller Central and advertising accounts, so they stay with you. Before you give notice:

Check your notice period. Read your current agreement so the handover dates line up and you don't pay two agencies for long.
Close open cases. Agree who finishes any open reinstatement, appeal or refund recovery case, and how any success fee is handled.
Keep your creative files. Ask for the source files of your photos, 3D renders, videos, A+ Content and Store, so you can edit them later.
Check your DSP access. Confirm your DSP account and AMC audiences sit in your name, or export them before access ends.
Keep campaigns running. Don't pause ads during the handover. Download your search term reports and a bulk file of every campaign, then add the new team as a user.

Once you move to Olifant Digital, the timeline looks like this:

Weeks 1 to 2: we audit your account, campaign history, listings and margins, and agree a target TACoS, ACoS and profit goal per product with you.
Weeks 3 to 6: we rebuild campaign structure, cut search terms that spend without selling and fix the listings that hold back sales.
After that: wasted spend usually falls first, and the bigger gains in sales and profit follow over the next 2 to 3 months.
Ownership: your account, campaigns, data and Brand Registry stay in your brand's name the whole time.

When Olifant Digital is not the right fit

If you are under roughly £750K ($1M) a year on Amazon, focus on listings and a simple campaign structure first, because conversion has to work before more ad spend can pay off. Fix your main image, title and bullets, then run one auto and one exact match campaign per hero product. Pre-launch brands are also outside our fit.
