Senior Graphic Designer

We are looking for an experienced Graphic Designer to join our creative team at Olifant Digital. Your main responsibility will be to design ad creatives that capture attention, drive conversions, and help our clients grow their revenue and ROAS.

What you’ll do:

Research

• Stay up to date with design trends, ad formats, and visual storytelling techniques.
• Analyze competitor creatives and industry benchmarks to spot opportunities for our ad campaigns.
• Understand the brand identity and customer psychology of each client to ensure designs connect with their target audience.

Ideation

• Collaborate with Growth Strategists and Copywriters to turn marketing ideas into visually compelling ads.
• Experiment with layouts, typography, color, and design approaches to find high-performing ads.

Creation

• Design high-converting static images, and carousels in line with brand guidelines.
• Deliver polished ad creatives in multiple formats, optimized for each platform.
• Ensure designs not only look great but also follow direct response principles to drive performance.
• Manage your design pipeline in Asana and ensure ad creatives are delivered on time every week.

Analysis

• Review performance metrics with Growth Strategists to identify what’s working.
• Use results to refine creative direction and build upon winning designs.
• Share insights with the creative team to help improve collective results.

Process / Systems Improvements

• Look for ways to streamline creative workflows and raise the quality bar for design output.

Output KPIs

• Ad Creative Success Rate
• Number of new creatives launched per week
• Contribution to ROAS, MER, and client revenue growth

What we’re looking for:

• 2+ years of professional design experience (agency or e-commerce experience preferred).
• Strong portfolio showcasing performance-driven ad creatives (not just “beautiful” designs).
• Understanding of typography, composition, branding, and how to design for conversions.
• Comfortable working with creative briefs and turning concepts into scroll-stopping ads.
• Positive, detail-oriented, fun to work with — and hungry to learn.
• Strong communication skills in English, not afraid to give or receive constructive feedback.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently in a remote team.
• Experience in Figma is required.
