Digital Marketing Specialist / Account Manager

We are looking for an experienced digital marketing specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for the revenue growth of the clients you are working with and the day to day management, optimization & scaling of paid media (Facebook, Google) campaigns, with a particular focus on delivering conversions to a set target CPA or ROAS.
What you’ll do:
eCommerce Growth Strategy
- Working with clients to establish performance targets and create forecasts.
- Managing performance against the strategy and forecast. Re-aligning forecast if required.
- Monthly Planning of campaigns.
- Lead the strategy and tactics for achieving defined targets and maximize the results for each of the products under management.
- Monthly planning for ROAS and spend targets.
Reporting
- Account performance review & optimization on a daily basis, ensuring all client accounts are reviewed for any necessary adjustments in pacing, spend, or performance alignment.
- Daily tracking of account performance in relation to their growth targets and identifying areas of adjustment.
- Creating performance reports for your clients and providing reports and data analysis with valuable insights to the client with clear actions and learnings.
- Creating internal reports for the head of growth and reports to provide insights to other teams such as creative strategy, production etc.
Client Management
- Conduct bi-weekly performance calls with your clients to update the client on progress and results.
- First point of contact for your clients in Slack and dealing with day to day client enquiries.
- Managing a full client roster and building great client relationships. This includes daily communication/updates as well as hitting monthly KPI goals based on ROAS/CPA and ad spend.
CRO
- Come up with unique test ideas and ways to improve client conversion rates and AOV.
- Regularly audit client websites and identify bottlenecks and problems on the websites and raise these issues to clients and/or the CRO team.
Creative Testing
- Working with the Creative Strategist to generate effective marketing angles and winning creatives.
- Working with the creative strategist to identify new creative strategies to test.
- Provide performance data to the creative strategists so they know which ads are performing the best.
Media Buying
- Day to day optimization of paid media campaigns (adjusting bids, budgets, pausing ads, launching ads etc.)
- Launch A/B tests with clear hypotheses designed to uncover key learnings.
- Analyzing data to find opportunities to optimize and improve performance.
- Building ad account structures in line with agency best practices. This includes having structures that are backed by solid reasoning, follow naming conventions, and aim to test and/or scale a specific strategy.
- Collaborate with the Growth Strategy team on a weekly basis to share new optimization techniques and scaling strategies across ad accounts.
Process / Systems Improvements
- Process improvement - Always look for ways to improve and build a world-class performance marketing team
Service Level Agreements
- 1-Hour response time in Slack to client queries in working hours (excluding weekends)

- You have at least 4 years of actual marketing experience in digital companies.

- Ability to analyse large data sets, create dashboards, and generate actionable insights.
- Google Analytics - Ability to use most of the reports, analyse all key website data.
- Shopify - Ability to use most of the reports, analyse all key store data.
- Skilled in Asana or equivalent project management software.
- Familiarity with analyzing financial statements, especially income statements / P&Ls.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills; ability to analyze raw data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations
- Understanding of the creative development process and proven success in working with creative teams
- Proven ability to persuade clients by creating compelling strategies and delivering value.
- Ability to organize and work in a fast-paced environment in order to prioritize and manage multiple projects at once.
- Understanding and working knowledge of marketing funnels, remarketing strategies and customer journey
